This 54-piece aluminium kit serves as an aftermarket replacement for TRX-4 trail crawlers, concentrating on the rear gearbox mounts and knuckle arm assembly. The set supplies replacements for the rear gearbox mounts, inner and outer knuckles, rear axle joint and shaft, spindle gears and a full compliment of stainless fasteners to retain factory interfaces while altering mounting geometry.

Function and installation: the components secure the rear gearbox to the knuckle arms, stabilise internal gear alignment and offer relocated shock lower mounts to permit small adjustments to rear damper angle and ride height. Adjustability is achieved by locating the shock lower eyelet in the alternative mounting holes provided on the knuckle and box mounts.

Design and materials: key structural parts are 6061 T6 aluminium with an open knuckle attachment to ease assembly. Post-install the shock bodies sit a little more outboard than stock, improving chassis steadiness and enabling modest ride-height adjustment. Knuckle internals have increased gear pitch and diameter and a lower axle centre that raises body clearance by about 1.2mm per the manufacturer details.
