Adjustable rear shock mount for TRX-4 Trail Crawler

This aluminium rear shock tower serves as an aftermarket upgrade for the TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler platform to alter shock mounting positions and refine rear suspension geometry. A row of alternate mounting holes stabilises the shock at varied angles and heights, allowing you to make measured changes to damping leverage and vehicle height without modifying the shock bodies.

Fabricated from 6061 T6 aluminium to provide a good balance of lightness and strength, the tower offers a firmer anchor point than the original plastic tower. It installs at the rear shock tower location and is tuned by relocating the shock eye to different holes to change angle and effective stroke.

The kit ships with the twin towers and the stainless fastening hardware required for installation. For TRX-4 models other than those listed below, small trimming of the rear skid plate may be necessary for clearance.
