Protective Skid Plates for TRX4M Chassis

This is an RC metal skid plate assembly made for the TRAXXAS TRX4M platform, fitted to the chassis position to guard the model underside. The kit comprises three aluminium plates made to attach at the factory screw locations so you should not need to drill new holes.

Because the body shell presents a curved area where the plates mount, you will likely need to bend the plate edges slightly by hand to follow the contour for a neat fit. After shaping, secure the plates to the chassis and bridge, then perform incremental adjustments so the curved profile aligns well.

These skid plates help protect lower chassis components from impacts and wear during scale trail runs while keeping a close-to-scale appearance and minimal ground scrape.
