TT01 Alloy Steering Tie Rod Upgrade TT049 by GPM  [TT049]

This alloy steering tie rod is offered as an aftermarket upgrade for the Tamiya TT01 platform, identified as model TT049. It swaps the stock plastic steering linkage for a metal alternative and includes the mounting screws for quick fitment.

Install this rod when fixing worn steering joints or when you want a stiffer linkage on a 1/10 TT01 electric touring car. The alloy construction resists daily wear from regular steering inputs while preserving the original steering geometry.

Fitting is simple: remove the existing tie rod from the servo horn and knuckles, place the alloy rod into the same positions, and secure using the supplied screws. Verify correct thread engagement and steering throw, and make incremental adjustments to avoid overtightening which can affect feel.
