Tuning-focused front spring in pink

This front suspension spring is intended for off-road R/C use and is supplied in a pink finish to speed visual setup work. Its role in the shock assembly is to provide initial support, influence ride height, and contribute to handling balance for buggies and similar off-road cars.

Fitment tips: mount the spring on the shock shaft or internal spring seat following the shock maker's recommended orientation, check alignment with the spring retainer and preload collars, and always swap springs in matched pairs to prevent lateral imbalance. Standard shock tools are adequate for installation.

How it affects handling: swapping front spring rates or choosing a markedly different free length will change pitch control and steering feel; pair spring choices with shock oil viscosity and piston selection to tune sag and mid-stroke response. Make small adjustments and evaluate on-track to find the best setup.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
A stiffer front spring increases resistance to compression, reducing pitch on landings and generally tightening initial turn-in, but it may reduce mechanical grip if not matched with appropriate oil and piston setup.
Always replace or swap front springs as matched pairs so left and right responses remain consistent; uneven springs will create unpredictable steering and handling imbalances.
Make one change at a time, run a few laps to assess corner entry, mid-corner behavior, and landings, then compare telemetry or driver notes to determine if further changes are needed.
