This aluminium servo arm is a scale replacement part made for Kyosho motorcycle models using the 23T (C9) spline interface. The aluminium material increases stiffness over stock plastic horns and gives a more positive connection between the servo output and control linkage on your model bike.

Fitment is governed by the 23T (C9) spline, so verify your servo spline before fitting. Installation steps are simple: remove the original horn, align the 23T spline to the servo output, fasten with the servo retaining screw, and attach the linkage. Reuse the original hardware and tighten sensibly to protect the spline.

As a tuning upgrade, an aluminium arm helps reduce flex under load which keeps steering and throttle inputs consistent lap after lap. It suits situations where a firmer feel and repeatable linkage geometry are required, such as when fine-tuning steering centre or throttle return. Note that higher stiffness can pass more force into the servo, so pair with a suitably rated servo.
