Upper and Lower Shells for Maintenance

This shell kit is compatible with Futaba BLS152 servos and provides matching upper and bottom cases for service work. The set is supplied without a heatsink and is intended for rebuilds or restorative repairs.

To service a Futaba BLS152, open the original housing and transfer the PCB, gears, bearings, and output gear into the replacement upper and lower shells. After reassembly, verify gear mesh, endplay, and neutral position. The item is a mechanical enclosure only and will not supply additional thermal management without an aftermarket heatsink.

Fitment guidance: check component orientation before disassembly, retain all seals and shims, and test servo travel and centring at reduced voltage after reassembly. The case set supports maintenance and chassis rebuild tasks on compatible BLS152 servos.

Does this shell include reinforced mounting points for heavy loads?
