CNC third member and fitment details

This aluminium third member is a purpose-made 7075-T6 alloy replacement for H10 OPTIC front axle assemblies. It replaces the original VPS08606 and repositions an oversized outer bearing to strengthen the outer driveshaft support while leaving other bearing positions unchanged.

The part is CNC finished and shipped with the screws and bearings listed in the packing contents. Items that can be pre-assembled are supplied that way to reduce time at the bench when refreshing the H10 OPTIC front end. During installation, use medium-strength threadlocker on threaded fasteners to limit loosening under typical RC drivetrain and suspension loads.

The larger outer bearing measurement suits heavier-duty tuning choices on 1/10 scale front driveshafts, providing a more robust contact diameter without altering inner bearing placement. Intended for hobby RC chassis maintenance and tuning only.

This third member restores proper drivetrain alignment on compatible H10 OPTIC kits and provides the improved outer bearing support favoured in tuned front-end layouts.
