VANQUISH H10 OPTIC H10049FR 7075-T6 Upper Link Upgrade for 1/10 Electric Buggy

Material choice and structural intent

The H10049FR upper link bars are fabricated from 7075-T6 aluminium to offer higher stiffness than typical stamped or moulded parts. The formed contour around the steel pivot-ball seats helps retain the balls while preserving the original mounting geometry.

Dimensional information and stock interchange

Key dimensions are supplied for verification: front upper link centre-to-centre measures 139 mm with a thickness of 4.0 mm; rear upper link centre-to-centre measures 129 mm with a thickness of 5.0 mm. The set is a replacement for factory part IRC00307 and keeps the stock pivot-ball spacing so it fits on the existing posts.

Chassis behaviour and handling notes

Upgrading to 7075-T6 increases longitudinal and torsional rigidity at the link plane. For electric buggy applications this generally produces a more predictable link plane under load, improving stability through direction changes and uneven ground. The integrated profile reduces the flex paths found in multi-piece link designs while retaining pivot geometry.
