This hi-torque servo saver is an aluminium aftermarket part made for the WR-02 chassis and provided as a single set under model WW2025STM. It features a machined aluminium housing and a steel tie rod that together replace the original saver to deliver a more rigid steering interface.
The component separates impact loads from the servo while maintaining mechanical centring. The 25T marking refers to the spline interface and the steel tie rod gives a secure, adjustable connection for steering tuning.
To install, remove the factory saver, slide the aluminium body onto the servo spline, secure the assembly and hook up the tie rod. Verify spline engagement, centre the steering, and tweak tie rod length to achieve correct wheel alignment and steering travel.
Tuning advice: because the aluminium body and steel rod reduce steering flex, you may notice firmer feedback into the servo. Adjust steering trim and endpoint settings to protect the servo and refine handling.
