This replacement kit contains four steel king pins sized 5mmx6.2mm XM4, designed for Tamiya WR-02 platform cars such as Wild Willy 2. The pins are intended to replace worn items and restore firm steering operation.
King pins form the pivot point inside the steering knuckle; replacing degraded pins reduces steering play and helps keep wheel alignment consistent. Measure the supplied pins against your existing parts before installation and check the hub bearings and bores for wear while the assembly is open.
Fitting notes: remove wheel and hub, check spindle condition and any bushings, insert the new pins and fasten with the correct hardware. After fitting, ensure the knuckle rotates freely and bearings are not preloaded incorrectly. This is an RC scale spare part only.
