Enhance rear shock geometry on X4F chassis

This rear fixed shock holder adjusts shock geometry in concise, repeatable steps. The +1mm rise increases travel potential and the design accepts thin shims so you can refine shock angle in smaller increments.

CNC machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and finished in black anodize, the pair is supplied for rear-end installation. Three selectable flex positions let you influence local mount stiffness and tune rebound without replacing springs or damper components.

To install, remove the original rear shock holder and fit this unit, select the required flex position, and use shims to dial in the exact angle and travel you want. After fitting confirm the shock shaft moves freely through its full stroke.

Specifications

This holder lets you fine-tune rear geometry on X4F platforms, trading small changes in angle and travel to refine handling and traction without major component swaps.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Make incremental changes: fit the holder, set one flex position, then experiment with a single shim thickness at a time. Track lap times or handling feel between steps to find the best balance.
Yes, adjusting the shock angle with shims shifts the instant roll centre slightly and alters shock leverage. Use this to fine-tune mid-corner balance and traction transitions.
Periodic inspection for wear and secure fasteners is recommended. The anodize helps protect the surface, but check threads and contact faces after heavy use.
Most X4F setups will work without changing shock bodies for a +1mm mount rise. Verify full stroke and piston clearance; only in extreme setups might a different shock length be needed.
