Stiffness tuning brace for the X4F front end

This aluminium front chassis brace is an RC-scale accessory designed to alter the flex characteristics of the X4F front chassis area. Mounted across the front suspension section, the brace gives precise control over how the chassis transfers load and reacts to steering inputs without changing other hardware.

Installation supports multiple screw configurations so you can vary how the brace couples to the chassis. Settings range from no connection for maximum forward traction, to full connection for increased steering responsiveness, with intermediate options to balance corner speed, steering feel and overall drivability. Adjustments can be made trackside using standard hex screws and a hex driver to test settings under different traction conditions.

The part is machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and finished with a black anodize. As a dedicated RC part for the X4F front area, it is intended for tuning responses on various track surfaces, from low-traction outdoor asphalt to high-traction indoor carpet.

Swiss 7075 T6 is a high strength alloy; it resists deformation better than softer alloys, though severe impacts can still damage the brace or mounting points and should be inspected after heavy contact.
The black anodize provides surface protection and reduces corrosion; it helps maintain appearance and offers modest abrasion resistance in normal track conditions.
Frequent disassembly can wear threads if screws are over-torqued. Use correct torque and inspect threads periodically; replace screws if they show wear.
Yes. Its strength and range of adjustment make it suitable for both club racers and those competing, where controlled tuning of front-end flex is needed.
