Rear lower bulkhead engineered for tuning

The XRAY 302784 rear lower bulkhead is made to centralize assembly points and keep suspension geometry repeatable through setup cycles. It includes centering pins to simplify accurate placement during builds and repairs, preserving alignment from run to run.

The single part covers both left and right positions thanks to its universal design, cutting the number of spare parts needed. Countersunk mounting holes match a 1.5mm aluminium chassis plate profile and standard fasteners, which helps standardize hardware and boosts the longevity of the chassis connection.

Designed to accept an adjustable rear bulkhead brace, the component lets you alter rear flex and balance handling for different track surfaces without swapping front top decks. There are dedicated attachment points for securing the shock holder to the bulkhead so shock behaviour and chassis flex can be tuned independently.

Finished in black anodize and machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, the part emphasises dimensional accuracy and wear resistance for touring car applications.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Altering the rear bulkhead brace changes rear flex, which shifts traction and rotation characteristics; a stiffer rear brace usually reduces rear squat and increases initial turn-in stability.
Yes. The bulkhead provides attachment points for the shock holder so you can adjust shock positioning independently from the bulkhead brace to refine dampening behaviour.
Its machined 7075 T6 construction and adjustable mounting make it well suited to precision tuning and repeatable setup changes expected in competitive environments.
Yes. When you adjust rear flex with the brace, record ride height and spring changes as small shifts can produce noticeable handling differences between sessions.
