Performance Aluminium Chassis for X4 Cars

The XRAY 301013 - X4 2.0mm Aluminum Flex Chassis is aimed at racers after consistent handling on carpet and high-traction bitumen. It mates with X4 suspension arms, motor mount and T-brace and includes precise centring holes at bulkheads, the front shock tower and rear body mounts.

Engineered Cutouts and Narrow Profile

CNC-machined from Swiss 7075 T6, the chassis keeps mass low while remaining tough. Its 84mm narrow width and smart cutouts tune flex where needed, and the black coated, laser-engraved surface is race-ready.

Controlled Flex for Faster Lines

The 2.0mm plate thickness balances stiffness with controlled compliance so the car stays stable at speed and turns in predictably. The underside shaping reduces hooking on the track surface to help maintain consistent lap times.

Expect a subtle shift toward a firmer chassis feel; you may need to soften suspension settings slightly to keep front grip and maintain rotation.
Wipe with a damp cloth after racing to remove grit and avoid abrasive cleaners that could dull the black finish. Inspect for dings after impacts.
Yes, the precision holes are sized and placed to work with the standard X4 centring pins and mounting hardware used on stock setups.
