The XRAY 301071 1.6mm Graphite Upper Deck is designed for drivers who want finer chassis balance on the XRAY X4. Fabricated from 1.6mm graphite, the deck is suited to aluminium chassis applications in modified racing and aims to boost traction while keeping sharp steering response.

Selectable Flex Settings

Four distinct flex setups let you tailor the handling to the circuit:

• Soft Setting: No bushing or bearing installed, producing maximum flex and front-end turn-in with reduced on-power stability.
• Soft-Medium Setting: Attaches via a ball bearing to slightly calm steering and gain stability.
• Medium Setting: Uses an M3x5.5mm screw behind the layshaft to deliver a middle ground between steering and steadiness.
• Stiff Setting: Adds special screws both behind and in front of the layshaft for increased rigidity and consistent steering response.

Because the plate is 1.6mm thick, many racers choose the stiff position to protect the component and handle higher loads.
