High Precision 2.5mm Graphite Chassis for T3 2011

The XRAY 301131 chassis is a precision plate intended to improve balance and control in electric touring cars. Manufactured from 2.5mm premium graphite, the layout favours LiPo battery placement and centralised electronics to keep the centre of gravity low. Pre-drilled holes accept central weights for setup tuning across varying track surfaces.

Precision Milling and Material

Built from XRAY carbon graphite and cut on advanced German CNC mills, each chassis is produced to consistent tolerances. This reduces variations between units and gives a reliable foundation for suspension and drivetrain tuning in competitive environments.

Will this chassis change ride height significantly?

The plate thickness is a direct part spec and will alter stiffness more than ride height. Ride height is adjusted by shock mounts and shocks rather than chassis thickness.

Are upgrades needed to use the XRAY 301131?

Most setups will accept the chassis as a direct replacement. Double-check battery tray and servo positions and make small adjustments where necessary.

How do I test balance after fitting the plate?

Place the assembled car on a balance rig or measure weight distribution front to rear and left to right. Make incremental ballast changes and re-test lap times for best results.
