For tuners and restorers of older XRAY T2 models, the XRAY #301187 foam-spec graphite pads are an effective way to fit LiPo batteries cleanly. Specified for the T2(008) and T2(009) range, they help keep packs stable under everyday use.

Purpose-Built for LiPo Packs

The pads are contoured to hold common LiPo shapes securely, preventing unwanted lateral or fore-aft movement that can alter handling. That reliability is useful whether you are testing setups or running club events.

Can I trim the foam edge if the battery is tight?

Minor trimming of the foam edge is acceptable to achieve a better fit, but cut carefully and test fit repeatedly to avoid removing too much material.
