Chassis Strength for T4'20

The XRAY 301208 T4'20 3.0mm Graphite Bumper Upper Holder Brace is made to beef up the upper mounting area on the T4 2020 chassis. Built from 3.0mm graphite, it mounts with the top composite or graphite upper holder to add reinforcement yet remain light.

Impact Load Distribution and Track Durability

The brace is positioned to meet the bulkhead under impact, transferring shock into the bulkhead assembly and away from the main chassis shell. That behaviour helps limit damage from side or front collisions common in aggressive racing or club events.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.

How does it attach to the bulkhead area?

It installs to the existing upper holder interface so that, on impact, the brace bears against the bulkhead and channels loads away from the chassis.

Will I need to drill or modify parts to fit?

No drilling is normally required; the brace is designed to line up with stock mounting points, though you should check clearance before final assembly.

Can I use it with aftermarket bumpers?

Some aftermarket bumpers may change contact points or clearance, so verify fitment and adjust bumper position if necessary.
