Switching to the hard arm can affect static camber under load; recheck camber and adjust as needed to maintain tyre contact patch on entry.

Can I mix left hard arm with a medium right arm?

Mixing hardness between sides is possible for tuning balance, but it changes steering bias and should be tested carefully over a few runs.
