The XRAY 302202 Aluminium Steering Blocks paired with graphite extension plates deliver a robust upgrade path for the T4 2020 family of cars. Precision T6 aluminium machining ensures part stiffness and repeatable geometry under load.

Improved Front-End Control on High Grip

These aluminium blocks are developed for high-traction conditions and help keep the front axle settled through transitions. The composite bushings cradle bearings on both sides to preserve smooth operation and extend bearing life versus direct aluminium seating.

Flexible Placement and Tuning Options

The blocks work seamlessly with ARS systems, offering expanded toe-in and toe-out adjustment to refine turn-in and stability. Graphite extension plates can be installed either above or below the hub carrier while maintaining the original Ackermann setting.
