Engineered Lower Bulkhead for Competitive Setups

The XRAY 302770 X4 Swiss 7075 T6 Aluminium Lower Bulkhead is aimed at competitors who want a precise, repeatable platform. It refines handling by lowering the centre of gravity and improving layout accuracy for the X4 chassis.

Lowered Centre of Gravity for Better Control

Manufactured from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium for a high strength to weight ratio, the bulkhead includes centring pins for accurate placement. The low anti-roll bar mount routes the bar beneath the drive shafts, helping to keep mass low and improve stability on fast sections.

Fine-Tuned Milling for Consistent Geometry

The 1mm milled bearing grooves position the bulkheads 1mm nearer the chassis centre line on each side. That adjustment reduces slop and increases stiffness around the hub area, supporting more precise geometry tuning.

Where It Fits and Finish Details

Specifically produced for front right and rear left positions on the XRAY X4, this part suits X4 2022 upgrade paths or replacements. The black anodised finish gives edge protection and a professional look.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Aftermarket hubs that match the X4 bearing and mounting dimensions should fit, but confirm dimensional compatibility before swapping parts to avoid fit issues.
The black anodised surface does not change mounting dimensions; it simply protects the aluminium and keeps the appearance neat while you make setup changes.
Swiss 7075 T6 is robust, but use proper torque and avoid over-tightening fasteners to protect threads and maintain part integrity.
By lowering the centre of gravity and refining geometry, drivers may find improved front-end grip and a reduction in understeer in many setups; final results depend on the full car setup.
Check bearings during installation and re-lube if needed; fresh bearings and correct lubrication help keep drivetrain losses low after changing hub geometry.
