The XRAY 303066-O T4'17 Aluminum Layshaft Bulkhead is a precision upgrade made to refine your car's handling. Manufactured from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, it provides a hard wearing mounting point that stands up to regular track use.

Controlled Flex Without Moving Bearings

This CNC-machined bulkhead lowers the layshaft mounts by 1mm so the top-deck screws can be removed, creating a 1mm gap between the top deck and the bulkheads. By preventing direct contact the top deck no longer alters the bulkhead movement, resulting in steadier chassis flex while the bearing remains securely located.

Easy Setup Changes and Durable Finish

If you prefer a firmer chassis, insert a 1mm shim between the bulkheads and the top deck to reduce flex. The orange anodised surface improves corrosion resistance and gives a neat factory look to the assembly.
