Precision-Made Aluminium Pinion

The XRAY 305722 pinion gear is tailored for drivers running T4 2017 layouts who want dependable, accurate gearing. Fabricated from aircraft-grade duraluminum, this 22T/48 pinion aims to reduce rotating mass while keeping required rigidity.

Engineered with Exacting Tolerances

Manufactured through XRAY's precise gear cutting and finishing process, the pinion shows excellent concentricity and consistent tolerances. All teeth and edges are chamfered, followed by a run-in and a final hard-coating to protect the gear during extended use.

Clean Mesh and Lower Drive Noise

When paired with a properly matched spur, the XRAY 305722 promotes quiet engagement and less throttle chatter, improving overall drivability during both practice and competition.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It may fit older models that use the same 22T/48 specification, but always confirm shaft diameter and clearance before fitting to avoid mesh issues.
The hard-coating enhances surface durability and helps the pinion maintain tooth shape under repeated loads, reducing the frequency of replacements.
Check mesh alignment, look for any burrs or scoring on teeth, and confirm the pinion mount is secure. Replace if any damage or excessive wear is found.
Minor polishing to remove sharp burrs is acceptable, but avoid removing too much material which could alter tooth profile; replacement is preferable if wear is significant.
