Cut on a specially modified precision gear machine, this pinion achieves tight tolerances and excellent concentricity. Each gear is chamfered after cutting and run-in to smooth mating surfaces, and the hardcoat provides an extra layer of abrasion resistance.

Compatibility Notes and Quieter Drive

The XRAY narrow pinion fits with most spur gears and performs particularly well with XRAY spurs, which can reduce throttle on/off noise and smooth out power delivery right after fitting.
