Made on XRAY's specially-modified precision gear machine, each gear meets strict concentricity standards. All edges receive chamfers and the component is hard-coated to enhance wear resistance while maintaining shape under stress.

Smooth Engagement with Spur Components

Designed to mesh cleanly with spur gears, the narrow pinion reduces throttle on/off noise and pairs especially well with XRAY spur sets for a quieter, smoother drive. It arrives ready to install for track or club use.
