The XRAY 305985 Narrow Pinion Gear is built from premium aluminium to offer weight savings and improved spool up. This 35T/64 narrow unit is 1.5mm slimmer and roughly 25% lighter compared to thicker pinions, which helps reduce rotating inertia.

Precision finish and protective treatment

Manufactured with exacting gear cutting standards, XRAY ensures tight tolerances and excellent concentricity for reduced vibration. The hard-coat surface treatment gives added resistance to wear while keeping the gear running true.

Efficient meshing with XRAY spurs and other types

Specifically matched to XRAY spur gears for lower noise and efficient power transfer, the narrow pinion is also compatible with many aftermarket spurs, offering setup flexibility for different track conditions.
