Durable hardcoated shock bodies for XRAY T4

Refresh your XRAY T4 suspension with the XRAY 308323 T4 Aluminum Shock Body Set. These bodies are tailored for the T4 chassis and aim to maintain piston alignment and reliable damping. Constructed from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, the parts are machined to strict tolerances to maintain uniform inner bores and smooth piston action.

Precision machining and finish

Manufacture is performed on high-precision German CNC machines with robotic quality checks to ensure each body meets internal diameter specifications. XRAY applies a black hardcoat via robotic colour lines to produce a consistent protective layer that resists track wear.

Upgrade notes for racers

Compared with softer materials, hardcoated 7075 T6 aluminum sacrifices little weight while delivering better rigidity and longevity. This makes the set a worthwhile upgrade for drivers after repeatable handling and tougher component life on demanding circuits.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Fit depends on the shock length and piston type used. They are compatible with standard T4 shock assemblies, but verify dimensions if you run different front/rear setups.
Recoating is not typically practised at the hobby level. If the hardcoat is damaged, replacement parts are usually the preferred option to maintain precision dimensions.
Ensure pistons are clean and match the inner diameter, use proper oil weight for conditions, and check shock shafts for straightness to get repeatable results.
