This 4.0mm graphite rear shock tower for the XRAY XB2'20 gives a stiff, reliable mounting platform for rear shocks and wings. It includes updated shock positions and three wing mount options so you can fine tune handling for dirt tracks or high grip carpet, and it works with both front and rear motor LCG gearboxes to keep setup changes simple.

No chassis modification is needed for standard XB2'20 kits. The tower installs using the original mounting points and hardware provided for the model.

Which wing position suits loose dirt?

On looser dirt, try a more forward wing position to reduce rear traction and promote rotation, then fine tune with shock prebend and damping.

Is the tower prone to cracking under impact?

Graphite is resilient but not indestructible. It handles normal racing stresses well; inspect after heavy impacts and replace if you notice significant delamination or crushed mounting holes.

Can I run this with aftermarket wings?

Yes, as long as the wing uses the same mounting hole pattern. Double check hole spacing and screw lengths before fitting larger or thicker wings.

What maintenance does this require?

Keep fasteners torqued correctly and inspect screw holes for wear. Replace screws with flat washers if you see signs of pressure damage on the graphite.
