Sharper Rear Traction with XRAY Brass

The XRAY 323312 Brass Rear Lower Suspension Holder is a compact weight designed to improve the behaviour of 1/10 scale RC vehicles. Positioning brass forward on the rear suspension reduces the centre of gravity and enhances rear-end grip for more controlled driving.

Narrow Design That Promotes Rear Roll

By using a narrow profile this holder increases rear roll tendency, which in turn feeds more traction to the rear tyres. That makes it a handy tune for tighter cornering and reducing understeer in some setups.

Simple Setup Tweaks via I.S.S.

The Integrated Suspension Settings system streamlines suspension geometry tweaks using eccentric bushings and shims. Initially used on the XB8, the system is now applied to XB2 and XT2 1/10 platforms to give quick, consistent adjustments.

Do I need special tools to install this holder?

Basic hex drivers and a torque check are usually sufficient. Eccentric bushes may require careful alignment but no specialised tools beyond common RC wrenches.

Will this change corner entry balance?

Yes, the additional forward rear weight can alter entry balance by promoting rear bite. Test progressively to find the right balance for your driving style and track layout.

What shim combinations work well with I.S.S.?

Start with factory shim stacks and swap single shims to see effects. Small changes in eccentric position combined with one or two shims usually deliver noticeable geometry shifts.
