The XRAY 333018 Aluminum Rear Right Bulkhead is engineered for NT1 models using Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium to combine robustness with reduced weight. Its layout accommodates the current flex adjustment systems favoured by racers.

Clearance and Structural Features

The rear bulkhead extends below the 2-speed axle and keeps a precise 0.5mm clearance from the chassis to avoid interference. Steel spacers link bulkheads for a secure assembly and increased rigidity. Machined cutouts guarantee correct centring in the suspension holder for repeatable geometry.

Protection and Component Life

The black anodised finish provides surface protection and a race-ready look. The updated anti-roll bar composite bushing helps limit wear on mating parts and lengthens service intervals. Edges are chamfered to ensure clean installation and reduce stress points.

Run a short test session on a familiar track, comparing corner entry and mid-corner balance. Adjust rear springs and anti-roll settings to offset any change in rear stiffness.
