Race-Oriented Aluminium Pins for NT1

Serious club racers will find the XRAY 335081 Aluminium Differential Pins a useful upgrade. Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 and finished with a hardcoat, these pins reduce rotating mass while providing a durable contact surface inside the NT1 gear differential.

Hardcoat Protection for Heavy Use

The hardcoated finish resists wear through repeated runs and maintenance cycles. By trimming weight relative to steel pins, they help deliver snappier throttle response and improved drivetrain feel on technical tracks.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
You can leave the pins in during practice; they are intended for regular use. Inspect them periodically for wear after heavy sessions and replace if any deformation appears.
Switching to lighter pins can slightly change initial feel due to lower inertia. It is advisable to run a few laps and fine-tune diff oil and setup after installation.
They are designed for the NT1 gear differential. Some aftermarket diffs share the same pin dimensions, but confirm measurements before fitting to non-XRAY units.
