XRAY 351122 XT9 Chassis for Circuit Use

The XRAY 351122 XT9 Aluminum Chassis is designed to enhance handling and longevity for XT9 series cars. Fabricated from Swiss 7075 T6 and supplied as a 3mm hardcoated plate, it reduces weight while retaining strength where it matters.

Strategic CNC Lightening

CNC machining removes metal from non critical areas to shave mass while keeping rigidity in load bearing sections. Removing material below the motor, fuel tank and diffs helps the car sit lower for better cornering behaviour.

Clean Underside Profile

Countersunk screw patterns produce a smooth underside, preventing protruding heads from catching debris and improving underbody airflow. This layout helps protect the chassis during aggressive driving.

Consistent Hardcoat Application

The robotic hardcoat treatment yields a durable surface suited to hard use. Small edge or cutout cracks can appear from material stresses but are not indicative of reduced function or strength.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Lowering the centre of gravity through material removal can slightly affect ride height depending on your setup. Expect a more planted feel rather than a major ride height shift.
You can add mounting points but do so carefully to avoid weakening load paths. Use proper aluminium drills and deburr holes to maintain the hardcoat protection.
Aftermarket braces that match XT9 mounting geometry should fit, but verify bracket spacing and screw lengths before final assembly to prevent interference.
