Race-ready platform from XRAY 351123 XT8

The XRAY 351123 XT8 Aluminum Chassis offers a stiff, well-balanced foundation for competitive setups. Produced from Swiss 7075 T6 and hard-coated at 3mm thickness, it supports stable handling and controlled response under load.

Deliberate front-centred balance for sharper handling

By shifting weight modestly to the front, the chassis promotes rotation and improved corner entry. That front bias aids jump control and helps the vehicle settle more predictably through technical sections.

Precision-cut geometry for predictable flex

CNC machining removes non-essential material around the engine and fuel tank to lower the centre of gravity and set the desired flex characteristics. The approach produces a consistent feel while keeping structural mounting points solid.

Practical notes on aluminum plates

Swiss 7075 T6 is chosen for its strength, but machining and finishing can reveal small surface cracks near openings or edges. These are generally cosmetic and do not reduce the chassis lifespan. Minor longitudinal bending may also appear due to material and process traits.

Specifications

If you want a rigid base to refine suspension and handling, the XRAY 351123 XT8 chassis delivers a consistent starting point for tuning.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The hard anodized finish protects the aluminum and reduces surface wear. It also gives a uniform appearance but does not change the inherent stiffness of the plate.
Machining marks and small stress lines are common and usually cosmetic. They rarely affect how the chassis performs unless they develop into larger defects.
Start with baseline suspension and spring settings suited for a stiff platform, then fine-tune ride height and damping. The chassis gives a predictable baseline to work from.
