XT8'22 Chassis Designed for Tuned Handling

The XRAY 351125 - XT8'22 chassis uses 3mm Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium to create a robust, tuneable base that improves handling consistency and lets drivers dial in setup with confidence.

Rear Geometry That Boosts Stability

The broadened rear area on the chassis increases stability when accelerating and landing, helping to keep the buggy balanced through rough sections and fast corners.

Anti-Rotation Grooves for Secure Fittings

Grooves machined into the plate align with keyed posts on the servo saver to prevent unwanted rotation, simplifying assembly and keeping steering components locked during heavy use.

Mounting Points for Weight and Balance

Built-in positions for additional ballast allow quick adjustments to achieve the desired front-to-rear bias for different surfaces or driving preferences.

Strength Where It Counts, Weight Where It Does Not

CNC removal of material in non-critical zones trims mass while retaining rigidity in load paths, and the anodised finish helps the chassis resist wear from regular racing.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
You should notice a firmer feel and more consistent behaviour at speed thanks to the stiffer 7075 plate and revised rear width.
No special hardware is required for standard XT8'22 builds; use the existing screws and check torque settings after installation.
Wipe off dirt after running, avoid abrasive cleaners, and inspect for scratches that might expose bare metal to reduce corrosion risk.
