XRAY 353357 rear hub carrier built for XB808 off-road setups

The XRAY 353357 Aluminum Adjustable Rear Hub Carrier is a practical upgrade for 1:8 off-road models. Forged from Swiss 7075 T6 and finished hard-coated, it is intended to withstand frequent running and keep suspension geometry consistent.

Adjustable roll centre with three mounting options

The rear carrier offers three upper linkage mounting points to alter the roll centre quickly. It ships with aluminum shims (4x7.5x1 and 4x7.5x2) so you can make controlled changes to the roll centre angle and tailor handling to dirt, clay, or loose surfaces.

Composite bushings for bearing stability

XRAY employs composite bushings to locate the bearings on both sides of the carrier, ensuring correct preload and smoother spin. This approach reduces metal-on-bearing contact and extends bearing service life under heavy use.

Two-position bushing orientation for track tuning

The composite roll centre bushings can be mounted in two positions to widen setup options. The upper fitting provides a +2mm adjustment to the roll centre, while the lower position restores the standard setting for predictable balance.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Yes, the carrier is designed to accept standard wheel bearings used on the XB808. Install bearings into the composite bushings for best fit and to maintain correct alignment and preload.
The hard-coat helps resist scratches and corrosion, but routine cleaning to remove mud and grit will keep the finish and mating surfaces in better condition over time.
For loose or low-traction surfaces consider raising the roll centre slightly with the upper bushing position or using the thinner shims to reduce excessive body roll and improve steering response.
