The XRAY 355004 XB8 Front Differential Gear Set is focused on improving front-end traction on the XB8 chassis by using a 46T bevel gear and increased internal oil capacity. The extra fluid volume helps manage heat and keeps the differential operating consistently over long runs.

Engineered for Precision

All elements are produced with close tolerances to ensure smooth engagement. The rubber-sealed composite housings contain steel inserts that are manually precision-ground for a tight, vibration-free fit. Internal gears are pressed steel that have been heat-treated and machined for accuracy.

Optimised Strength and Weight

The large 46T bevel gear is machined from HUDY Steel to ensure accurate tooth profiles. Diff outdrives use HUDY Spring Steel and are lightened where possible to lower rotating weight, helping the car respond quicker while maintaining part strength.
