XRAY 355127 Active Diff Segment Pair

Engineered from hardened steel with CNC precision, the XRAY 355127 Active Differential Segment Set forms accurate "V" ramp grooves at a 120-degree angle to aid smooth disengagement. Laser-engraved identifiers speed up part selection during maintenance and setup.

Tuned Response for Low-grip Racing

The 120-degree design produces immediate locking and freeing behaviour, so power transfer is instant when you want it and the drivetrain releases quickly when needed. This responsiveness improves handling on slippery circuits and gives drivers more predictable control. The product ships as two matched segments for balanced performance.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Segments are supplied as a matched pair and can be installed in the diff according to the manufacturer's orientation; swapping left/right is possible if the diff design allows it, but follow your chassis guide.
Basic diff service tools are required, such as hex drivers, a small screwdriver, and diff oil handling supplies. Use a clean workspace to avoid contamination during assembly.
No special oil is required, but pick a viscosity that matches your track and driving style. Heavier oils will slow engagement while lighter oils will make the diff react faster.
