Durable Rear Shock Kit for XB808 Racers

The XRAY 358202 - XB808 Rear Shock Absorbers Complete Set gives drivers the parts to build two large-bore rear shocks tailored for the XRAY XB808. It combines robust materials with careful design to keep suspension response predictable under race stress.

Oversized Body with Easy Adjustment

These big-bore shocks use 18.5mm externally threaded aluminium bodies for straightforward spring pre-load and ride-height changes. The hardcoated bodies have a one-piece cap and the 15.3mm inner diameter that supports balanced oil flow for steady piston behaviour.

Durable Composite Pistons and Membranes

New composite pistons are engineered for smooth sliding and long life, produced to exact roundness for consistent movement. The improved membranes help stabilise damping through extended sessions and variable track conditions.

Protected Lower End and Simple Servicing

The lower assembly is built to minimise leaks and keep dirt out, featuring silicone O-rings and composite shims that let the rod move freely while keeping a tight seal. The aluminium lower cap is updated for easier service and includes internal dust foam for extra protection.

Strong Shafts for Heavy Landings

3.5mm high-tensile shock shafts are ground to a smooth finish to reduce friction and resist bending. The shaft and body pairing keeps movement fluid over jumps and rough terrain.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
They are designed for the XB808 layout; fitting to unrelated chassis may require custom mounts or adapters to achieve proper geometry.
Inspect shafts for straightness, check seals and O-rings for cuts, and examine the lower cap and foam for damage. Replace any compromised parts before running again.
Yes, membranes are replaceable as part of routine maintenance to preserve damping consistency. Keep spares if you run dusty or abrasive tracks.
The redesigned aluminium lower cap streamlines service and dust protection but does not alter the intended ride height when installed correctly.
