Controlled Engagement with XRAY 358400

The XRAY 358400 4-shoe clutch system is aimed at drivers who need fine control over engagement and traction. The kit supplies a flywheel, medium aluminium clutch shoes, gold soft springs, assembly screws, flywheel collar, and nut to cover a wide range of tuning needs.

Even Engagement for Consistent Drive

With four shoes the load on the clutch bell is spread more uniformly than on three-shoe designs. The lighter internal parts reduce inertia and allow more subtle tuning by mixing shoe hardness and spring choices to suit different track surfaces and driving approaches.

Simple Changes for Different Tracks

The special assembly screws make changing settings quick and reliable so you can swap between soft, medium and hard setups easily. Softer setups give earlier takeup for better traction while harder springs delay engagement for higher engine revs. Graphite shoes are an option for smoother throttle control.

Remark :

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
A 4-shoe layout spreads the load on the bell for smoother engagement and more consistent clutch behaviour across runs.
Wetter or slippery tracks usually benefit from softer shoes and softer springs to get earlier engagement and better traction out of corners.
Some adjustments can be made by changing spring combinations, but full shoe swaps typically require partial disassembly of the clutch assembly.
