XRAY made Clutch Set High Torque (358500)
This new High-Torque Clutch set for XB9 is an essential performance update. The clutch provides a smoother and even more constant transfer of power from engine at high RPM. The clutch engages higher in RPM range, leading to more controllable power during acceleration, while still maintaining good maneuvering and satisfaction on jumps. The updated design and engagement profile also provide for longer clutch life.
The High Torque Clutch set includes:
#358532 Flywheel - the most recent flywheel has smaller diameter but increased fat. Because of the smaller diameter the flywheel is more protected over the chassis for that reason after huge jump there exists a lower life expectancy window of opportunity for motor stoppages whenever car lands on a rock or other barrier. The increased fat related to flywheel results into more balanced procedure related to motor. #358562 Clutch shoe (3) - the newest clutch footwear are smaller, lighter and made for engagement through the whole travel associated with footwear. The footwear are less attentive to wear and so life time is increased. #358550 Flywheel Nut - tough HUDY Spring metal nut for securing flywheel to engine crankshaft. #358587 Springs soft - clutch comes standard with #358587 smooth Springs. As a tuning option, #358588 springs medium can be had independently The clutch bell just isn't included.
