The XRAY 361103 Aluminium Chassis is made from 3mm Swiss 7075 T6 for a stiff but lightweight platform. Its precision machining aims to boost cornering stability and help vintage XB series cars track cleaner through fast sections.

Balanced Machining for Strength and Agility

Machining removes excess material in non critical areas to shave grams without sacrificing mounting strength. The plate is built to endure race use, and small cracks at cutouts are a known result of tension release and do not reduce functional life.

Installation Notes and Use Cases

Designed for older XB series variants, this chassis fits vintage layouts and works well with graphite body mounts for neat body attachment. Slight longitudinal bend may appear after machining; this is expected and normally does not impair handling.
