CNC Aluminium Motor Mount for XRAY Vintage XB

The XRAY 364011 Aluminium Motor Bulkhead is CNC machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium to reinforce and tidy the motor area on vintage XRAY XB chassis. It supports both brushed and brushless motor options for flexible electronics choices.

Motor placement options and eccentric fixing

This bulkhead supports right-to-left motor rotation so you can run the motor forward or rearward. The motor bolts to an eccentric plate that slots into a holder integrated with the drivetrain, which makes fine mesh adjustments quick and secures the assembly with a single screw.

Fast removal and secure bayonet clamp

The bayonet style mount prevents the plate from loosening during heavy use or impacts. To remove the motor, rotate the mount plate in the opposite direction for a fast, tool-free extraction.

How do I change motor direction or position?

Rotate the eccentric plate to orient the motor for right or left rotation and slide it in the holder to select front or rear placement. Then tighten the clamp screw to lock position.

Can this survive a crash?

Made from 7075 T6 aluminium, the bulkhead is robust for normal racing impacts. The bayonet lock adds extra retention to keep the motor plate in place after knocks.
