Is any special prep needed before fitting?

Clean the bead area and use quality rim glue. Check hub fit on the 12mm hex and tighten securely to avoid slop during races.

How many spares should I bring to a meeting?

Bringing at least one spare pair per car is sensible for club days. The five-pair pack gives you multiple spares for practice and qualifying sessions.
