The XRAY 371117 - X12'21 Aluminum Flex Chassis is CNC-machined from 2.0mm Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium for race-focused durability and tuned compliance. The chassis is shaped with multiple cut-outs to control where it bends, helping drivers get cleaner cornering and reduced tendency to roll under power.

Key Design Upgrades

This chassis has been adapted for the front Tweak-Free Suspension and the rear Tweak-Free POD System. The side link mounts now attach directly to the chassis so you can precisely alter servo mount position. The bevelled chassis edges and rear POD profile reduce contact resistance with the track during tight manoeuvres, enhancing rotation.

The chassis is designed to work with the Tweak-Free POD and suspension, so most standard X12'21 parts remain compatible. You may want to fine tune link lengths and servo mount position to match your setup preferences.
After sessions, clean grit and debris from cut-outs and check that all fasteners are secure. Inspect mounting points for any loosening and re-tighten to maintain consistent flex characteristics.
