Graphite Rear Pod Plate Built for Balance

The XRAY 371153 X12'17 Graphite Rear Pod Lower Plate is precision CNC machined from 2.5mm graphite to deliver consistent geometry and a flat bottom thanks to countersunk holes. Its rear section narrows to position bulkheads closer together, which helps optimise weight distribution when running heavier brushless motors. By moving the motor position to the right and shifting the rear left bulkhead over 5mm, the overall pod weight is reduced and balance is improved.

Compatibility and Racing Use

This pod plate supports rear suspension mounting independent of the main chassis for repeatable suspension action. It works with the aluminium rear bulkheads to allow wider rear pod links that increase straight-line stability and control through fast transitions. Suitable for racers and enthusiasts looking to refine handling without major chassis changes.
