Do I need to change other parts when fitting this plate?

In most cases no. It uses the same mounting points as the original rear pod plate for the X10'18 and fits the #371014 chassis without extra parts.

Can I run this plate on both carpet and nitro tracks?

The plate is a structural part and works across typical surfaces; traction and setup changes depend more on tires and suspension than this plate alone.

Is corrosion a concern with 7075 T6?

7075 T6 can oxidise if exposed to moisture; wipe it down after wet runs and store dry to minimise surface corrosion risk.

Are replacement screws needed due to countersinks?

Factory fasteners usually work fine. If screws are worn, replace with countersunk heads that match the plate thickness for a flush fit.
