Durable Pivot Holder for Repeatable Handling

The XRAY 373096 Aluminum Pod Plate Pivot Holder is a key component of the Tweak-Free Pod Mounting System that enhances traction and chassis response. Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, it helps minimise tweak after impacts and provides clear tuning options to adjust roll centre and balance. This contributes to repeatable handling lap after lap.

Choose Forward or Rearward Mounting for Balance

Two mounting positions let you tailor the car to different track conditions. The rearward setting aligns the centre pivot with the side link pivot balls, yielding more steering and a looser rear, ideal for high grip layouts. The forward option locates the pivot 2mm ahead of the link points to produce a more even traction spread between front and rear.

Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum offers high stiffness and good resistance to deformation under typical race loads, making it a common choice for durability upgrades.
Start with the rearward position for high grip and move to forward if you need more balanced traction; change one setting at a time and note lap times and handling feedback.
