Rear Pod Upper Plate Built for Precision

XRAYs 373554 upper plate is CNC machined from 2.5mm graphite to give the X1'21 a firmer rear mounting surface. The plate fastens to the bulkheads with centering pins and four screws, helping to reduce pod tweak after collisions and providing a reliable platform for the centre shock and side tubes.

Secure Mounting and Tuning Flexibility

The graphite construction increases rigidity across the rear pod, keeping side tube movement predictable under load. Side tubes mount straight to the plate for accurate geometry, and the design accommodates the standard dual damper layout or an optional single side shock for alternate damping setups.

Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Will this fit without modifying bulkheads?

The plate is designed to bolt to the X1'21 bulkheads as intended. Always double check orientation and screw lengths during installation.

Does it change ride height or geometry?

The plate itself does not alter ride height but increases pod rigidity, which can affect handling feel and how the suspension responds to setup changes.

Is a single side shock supported?

Yes. While the plate supports the standard dual damper arrangement, it also allows installation of an optional single side shock for those who prefer that configuration.
