Aluminium shock sleeve engineered for XRAY XII Link

Refine your XRAY XII Link handling with this hardcoated aluminium side shock body. Made from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, it provides notable rigidity while the hardcoat finish keeps piston movement smooth and free from stickiness for consistent setup changes.

CNC turning and robotic tolerance checks

The parts are CNC-turned on Germany's long-turn machines to achieve precise geometry. Robotic inspection focuses on the internal diameter to assure steady piston travel and uniform damping response across units.

Robotic hardcoat application and hand inspection

Using XRAY's proprietary robotic colorcoating line, each shock body receives a black hardcoat from a specially mixed colour fluid for an even protective layer. After coating, every component is hand-checked with high-accuracy calipers to confirm final dimensions and finish quality.
